Product delivery time Try-on rental: The product will be delivered on the day of use or the day before, as specified.

About the product The color may look slightly different depending on the computer or smartphone device you are viewing the product on. If you have any questions about the color of the product, please feel free to contact us. About returns (cancellations) and exchanges Cancellations and exchanges of products cannot be accepted one week in advance. However, if the product does not arrive on the scheduled delivery date, if the product is significantly damaged or dirty so that it cannot be worn, or if a product different from the product you ordered is received, please follow the procedure below. We will proceed with the procedure after the returned product arrives at our shop.
Refund procedures will be handled by changing the settlement amount through the credit card company. If the original charge has already been confirmed based on the closing date of your credit card at the time of refund procedures, the amount will be debited once and offset or refunded against the amount used in the following month. *Refund methods vary depending on the card company. If you have any questions, please contact your card company.
Regarding cancellations: If you cancel your rental order, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
・From the date of contract until 31 days before the date of use: 20% of the rental fee
・30 to 16 days before the day of use: 50% of the rental fee
・15 to 3 days before the day of use: 70% of the rental fee
・From 2 days before the day of use to the day of use: 100% of the rental fee
Regarding damage and loss of costumes
If the costume becomes excessively dirty, damaged, or lost, cleaning and repair costs will be charged separately. If the costume becomes unusable (total loss), including loss, the cost of the costume will be charged separately.
Please note that food, wine, mud, cosmetics, ink, etc. are types of stains that are difficult to remove. If stains or dirt have been caused, washing the garment with water or trying to remove the stain on the spot will damage the fabric and result in a total loss of the garment, so please return the garment as is and contact us via the inquiry form to let us know the cause of the stain.
