Q: When will the at-home fitting service start? Can I make a reservation?

A Reservations must be made 3 months prior to the date of use.

Q: How do I request the at-home fitting service?

A Please add the desired item to your cart and make payment. If the item is not available on the desired date, your payment will be canceled.

Q: How can I check availability?

Please add the garment you wish to try on to your cart, enter all the information, and then make the payment. If the item is not available on the desired date, your fitting reservation will be automatically cancelled and you will be refunded.

Q Are there cases where I cannot try on the dress I want?

A If the dress you wish to try on at home on the day you wish to wear it has already been booked, we will not be able to accommodate your request.

Q: Which products can be tried on at home?

A Wedding dresses, colored dresses, tuxedos, and morning suits are available. Multiple items, different sizes, and sets can also be ordered.

Q: Can I try on the items by myself?

A You will need a family member or friend to help you try on the item. It will be easy to try on.

Q Can I use the home try-on service even if I haven't decided on a date for use?

A This is only available to customers whose wedding date and photo shoot date have been decided.

Q: How many items can I try on at home?

A You can try on up to two dresses and two tuxedos at one fitting session.

Q: For the home fitting service, how many days after booking will it take for the dress to arrive?

A We accept reservations from 7 days after your reservation.

Q: Is there a fee for trying on items?

A: 5,500 yen (tax included) per item, including shipping. After the contract is concluded, the fitting fee will be deducted at the time of final payment, and the item will be free of charge.

Q When do I pay the fitting fee?

A The fitting fee must be paid in advance, after which the item will be shipped.

Q: How do I pay for the fitting fee?

A: Only credit card payments are accepted. VISA, MASTER, JCB, etc. are accepted.

Q: Is shipping included?

A The fitting fee includes round-trip shipping costs.

Q: What happens if the return shipment is delayed?

A If you are late in returning the item, we will charge you 5,500 yen as an extension fee.

Q: Is there a designated shipping company for returns?

A: The shipping company for the return must be a company designated by our company. If you use a shipping company other than the one designated by our company, an additional fee will be charged. Please contact us.

Q Can I specify a location other than my home to have my costume delivered?

A: The only place you can try on clothes is your parents' house. You can try on clothes with your family.

Q: Can I try on items in the store?

A No, we do not.

Q Can I cancel the try-on?

A: Once a fitting reservation has been made, it cannot be cancelled. There will be no refund for the fitting fee you have paid.

Q: How long can I try on the rental item?

A: Two days and one night. Please ship it the day after the fitting.

Q Can I specify a time for receipt?

A Time can be specified.

Q: What is the process for deciding on a dress?

A: If you are applying for a wedding ceremony or photo shoot, please apply within 3 days after trying on the item. Your application will be processed after you have paid the rental fee by credit card.

Q About cancellation fees

A If you cancel your order after signing a contract, the following cancellation fee will be charged.

・From the date of contract until 31 days before the date of use: 20% of the rental fee

・30 to 16 days before the day of use: 50% of the rental fee
・15 to 3 days before the day of use: 70% of the rental fee
・From 2 days before the day of use to the day of use: 100% of the rental fee

Q: How should I contact you about cancellation?

A Please contact us by email. We do not accept cancellations via phone.

Q: Is it possible to order products from overseas for the home fitting service?

A This service is for people living in Japan. We do not ship overseas.

Q: Is it possible to ship this product overseas?

A: We do not ship to or return items from overseas. Please bring the item from Japan yourself.
