Rental Terms

When you apply for a reservation, we ask you to agree to the terms that apply to your use.

Domestic Rental Terms

We will ask for your date and place of use and confirm whether the garment can be rented.
A try-on fee of 5,500 yen (tax included) per item is required, paid in advance online. If you decide on a rental or photo plan, the cost of the try-on will be deducted from your invoice. (The try-on fee is therefore effectively free.)
The fee includes round-trip shipping for the rental. (Limited to the shipping slips provided by us.) If, for your own reasons, you specify a shipping method that differs from our usual one, you may be asked to bear the cost or be charged additionally.
If needed, an inner set (top and bottom) is available for 9,800 yen (tax included).
In addition to the rental fee, a cleaning and maintenance fee of 15,000 yen per item (20,000 yen for outdoor use) is required.
If you wish to try on the garment again after deciding on the rental, a fee of 5,500 yen (tax included) will be charged.

From the time of your inquiry until your try-on date, the booking is provisional.
Once you decide to apply for the rental after your try-on, the booking becomes a confirmed reservation and we will secure the dates for the garment. The rental fee will be charged to your registered credit card when the garment is shipped.
Applications are to be made electronically.
If you will decide after your try-on date, please first confirm the available dates with our staff.
When we send the garment to your designated location, the rental period is 4 days, 3 nights. Extensions are charged at 10% of the rental price per day.

Garment rentals and photo plans may be cancelled upon payment of the following cancellation fees.

From the application date up to 16 days before the date of use (counted back from the day before the date of use): 20% of the price
15 to 3 days before the date of use (counted back from the day before the date of use): 50% of the price
From 2 days before the date of use (counted back from the day before the date of use) through the day of use: 100% of the price

※ The try-on fee is not deducted and must be borne by the customer.

If an item is soiled or damaged, you will be charged the cost of repairs to restore it to its original condition, or the cost of purchasing it. This determination shall be made by our company.

For garments outside our overseas lineup, an overseas option of 60,000 yen for dresses or 20,000 yen for tuxedos applies, and the garment may be rented for up to 10 nights. Extensions are charged at 10% of the rental price per day.
The dress rental fee includes any necessary petticoat (pannier). For both dresses and tuxedos, shoes and inner wear are charged separately.
