About rental

HOW TO RENT

1. Select a product

Please make your reservation on the online store 4 months to 10 days before the date of use. Items are generally rented for 1 night and 2 days when trying on, and 3 nights and 4 days when actually using. If you wish to extend the rental period, an extension fee will be charged. We recommend making your reservation 2 to 3 months before the date of use. Once a reservation is made on the online site, cancellations and changes cannot be accepted. If a reservation cannot be made for trying on, a refund will be given.

2. Payment

When the product is shipped, payment will be processed using the credit card registered to the online store.

3. Collecting your luggage

Yamato Transport will deliver the product to your specified location on the specified date and time.

4. Try on or use the book

  • Please try on the item to check the size and fit.
  • Please enjoy this book to your heart's content. May it be a special day for you.

5.Return

Please return the item by noon the day after use using the designated cash-on-delivery slip. The item will be cleaned by Atelier Yuka, so please return it as is.

When will the at-home try-on service start? Can I make a reservation?

Reservations must be made 4 months prior to the date of use.
How do I request the at-home try-on service?

Please add the desired item to your cart and make payment. If the item is not available on your desired date, your payment will be canceled.
Are there cases where I can't try on the dress I want?

If the dress you wish to try on at home on the day of your visit has already been booked, we will not be able to accommodate your request.
Can I use the home try-on service even if I haven't decided on a date for use?

This service is only available to customers whose wedding and photo shoot dates have been decided.
Is there a fee for trying on items?

The price is 5,500 yen (tax included) per item, including shipping. After the contract is concluded, the fitting fee will be deducted at the time of final payment, and the item will be free of charge.
When do I pay the fitting fee?

The fitting fee must be paid in advance, after which the item will be shipped.
How do I pay for the try-on fee?

Payment is by credit card only. VISA, MASTER, JCB, etc. are accepted.
Can I try on items in the store?

This is an online streak so we are not holding it.
How long can I try on the rental item?

It will be two days and one night. Please ship it the day after I try it on.
Can I specify a pick-up time?

You can specify a time.
